The CG carnival first started in October 1999. since then it has become a great supporter of young digital artists and has introduced a new digital image culture. (The 1st program in 1999: participation of 18 groups. The 2nd program in 2000: participation of 23 groups. The 3rd program in 2002: participation of 36 groups. )
Offering to young artists a good opportunity to present their works, the CG carnival is driving force behind the digital creation of a new generation. Furthermore, it promotes the digital image world of the new age by holding exhibitions with varied digital equipment, publishing the latest digital techniques, presenting image creations and finding young artists.
This special program introduces the activities and the latest work of new generation artists.

●Part 2　Talk show Standard-bearers of the post-japanimation
In the animation business world, young talented people are very much in demand. The participants of CG carnival take advantage of this situation by developing their activities. Among them we find Kazuya Sasahara, Junpei Mizusaki and other artists working with them. Presenting their latest work, the artists will talk with great enthusiasm about the set up and expansion of their own business, the conditions required to play an important part in this domain, their future projects and development.
